The apartments at Grace Manor at Lake Morton are designed to provide our residents with a safe and comfortable living environment while providing special attention to the needs associated with memory care. Apartments are generously sized and equipped with safety features such as emergency pull cords in bedrooms and bathrooms.
Our apartments feature a Memory Box by the front door where residents and their families can place pictures and other memorabilia to help residents identify their home and stay connected with family members. Most apartments also have interior and exterior windows to allow residents to enjoy the privacy of their home while still being able to see what’s going on outside. Residents can come and go from their apartment whenever they wish, giving them a sense of control that instills calm.
We offer floor plans for single and double units. Our residents move in with their favorite furniture, personal items and decorative pieces to make their home personalized and comfortable. They also may choose a fully furnished apartment, or opt to combine their furnishings with ours.
